We use Courier Post and NZ Couriers for our deliveries.

Delivery estimates 3-5 days.

Courier pickups Monday - Friday. Excluding public holidays.

Courier Post, NZ Couriers, nor Double Swords Ltd is liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged, or lost after an item has been delivered.

Returns & Refund

For any unused product, simply return it with its included accessories within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
